Rheumatoid arthritis associated microRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells

Genome wide microRNA profiling in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and healthy controls. The Affymetrix miRNA 4.0 chip was used to obtain RNA profiles in 28 RA patients and 18 healthy controls. To identify novel rheumatoid arthritis (RA) associated microRNAs and comprehensively understand their underlying pathologic mechanism, we compared the Affymetrix miRNA 4.0 microarray data from PBMCs of 28 RA patients with that of 18 healthy controls.
