Neighborhood-Based Building Numbers

This dataset was categorized according to the year of construction and the number of floors as before 1980, between 1980-2000 and after 2000, and as 1-4 floors, 5-9 floors and 9-19 floors, using the existing MAKS data as a base in 2016-2017. Since the project purpose is to estimate possible damage and losses, it was created by taking into account the dynamics that could be taken as a reference in that period, since Istanbul has a constantly renewed and changing building inventory.
