中国彩巢计划

彩巢计划将积累毕生发展各年龄段的心理行为与脑影像样本, 基于加速纵向实验设计方法建立中国人脑毕生发展的常模轨线. 本数据库目前收录了作为CCNP的发育项目“成长在中国”(devCCNP: Growing Up in China)这一学龄儿童青少年脑与行为 生长曲线，目前本数据库 已经完成对重庆北碚区192名健康儿童青少年(6~18岁)的5年追踪. 初步的研究结果表明, devCCNP在实验设计、样本采集策略、数据获取和存储、初步发现和数据共享等方面具备长期实施的可行性, 我 国应及早部署开展儿童青少年的脑与认知生长曲线常模的大规模脑科学研究计划, 提升中国在脑科学与医疗健康研究领域的国际实力和影响力, 革新脑疾病临床实践。包含290名中国儿童青少年影像数据。

The Cai Chao Project aims to accumulate samples of psychological behaviors and brain imaging across all age groups throughout the human lifespan, and establish normative trajectories of Chinese brain development using accelerated longitudinal experimental design. Currently, this database hosts the brain and behavioral growth curves of school-aged children and adolescents under the developmental project "Growing Up in China" (devCCNP: Growing Up in China) affiliated with the CCNP. So far, it has completed a 5-year follow-up study of 192 healthy children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 from Beibei District, Chongqing. Preliminary research findings indicate that devCCNP has the feasibility of long-term implementation in terms of experimental design, sample collection strategies, data acquisition and storage, preliminary discoveries, and data sharing. China should promptly deploy large-scale brain science research programs focused on establishing normative brain and cognitive growth curves for children and adolescents, so as to enhance China's international strength and influence in the fields of brain science and medical health research, and revolutionize clinical practice for brain diseases. This database also contains imaging data from 290 Chinese children and adolescents.
