Transcriptome sequencing of WT and TRPV1 KO mice spermatocytes after cryptorchidism

To gain insight into the molecular mechanism underlying TRPV1 regulation of spermatocytes apoptosis in cryptorchid mice, we used purified spermatocytes obtained from the testes of Trpv1-/- and WT mice at 9 days after cryptorchidism and extracted total RNA for RNA-seq.
