资源简介:
The aim of this study is identifying potential signaling pathways involve with visible red light induced photoprotective effect against skin damage by UVB exposure, using transcriptomic analysis Light treatment with UVB (312nm) 0.1J/㎠ and visible red light (660nm) 60J/㎠ in Normal Human Dermal Fibroblast cells. There are two of experimental tries with differentiated post incubation time after UVB treatment. 1) (n=3) : Control, Red (660nm red light 60J/㎠ treatment and post incubation for 1h), UV 1h (312nm UVB 0.1J/㎠ treatment and post incubation for 1h) , Pre-Red 1h (pre-treatment of red light before UVB treatment, post incubation for 1h after UVB treatment). 2) (n=3) : Control, Red (660nm red light 60J/㎠ treatment and post incubation for 1h), UV 4h (312nm UVB 0.1J/㎠ treatment and post incubation for 4h), Pre-Red 4h (pre-treatment of red light before UVB treatment, post incubation for 4h after UVB treatment).
