This layer shows the water bodies used by the Broward County Water Management Division (WMD) to move surface water or those which are treated for aquatic weeds, or both. Most of the water bodies included are those managed by Broward County dependent water control districts and the Parks Division. The layer was created in the early 2000s as a subset of WRD.WATER, customized with WMD ID numbers. It is subject to update by the Water Management staff.
