This dataset contains aerosol data with 500-meter spatial resolution across China, covering the period from 2000 to 2015. By establishing high-precision surface reflectance estimation and high-precision cloud detection methods, the spatial resolution of the aerosol products is improved to 500 meters, which is significantly higher than the 10-kilometer resolution of standard MODIS products, while effectively retaining the information of heavy haze.
