Reproducibility archive for interferon-coupled TRIM56 transcriptomic associations in Sjögren disease

This reproducibility archive contains numbered R and shell scripts, dated protocol records, source-file checksums, frozen cell-annotation tables, derived statistical results, R session information, and generated figures supporting a five-cohort public-data analysis of TRIM56 transcript abundance in Sjögren disease. Source expression files remain available from GEO under GSE173670, GSE157278, GSE253568, GSE272409, and GSE272410 and are not redistributed. Single-cell inference uses donor-compartment pseudobulk samples; GSE272410 is exploratory and region-level; no pooled cross-cohort effect was calculated. The archive supports the conclusion that TRIM56 RNA enrichment is compartment-dependent and closely coupled to interferon-associated transcription, without establishing protein activity, STING activation, causality, an independent biomarker, or a therapeutic target.
