Data on economic and environmental impacts of sustainable feedstocks for biotechnology. Data is based on literature review of published papers applying Techno-economic and Life Cycle Assessments of sustainable feedstocks with applications in biotechnology under a cradle-to-ready feedstock for bioprocessing/biomanufacturing (e.g., fermentation) boundary (feedstock upstream). Impacts of further processing stages were not included.
