Global Forest Biodiversity Initiative (GFBI)是一个国际多利益相关者团队，由林务工作者和森林科学家组成。该平台支持森林科学及相关领域的前沿研究和政策制定，致力于为全球、区域和地方社区提供服务。GFBI管理和研究世界上最大的树木级森林清查数据库，包含来自全球70多个国家的120多万个样地数据，是国际森林教育和研究传播的平台。The Global Forest Biodiversity Initiative (GFBI) is an international multi-stakeholder team comprising forestry practitioners and forest scientists. This platform supports cutting-edge research and policy formulation in forest science and related fields, and is dedicated to serving global, regional and local communities. GFBI curates and researches the world's largest tree-level forest inventory database, which holds data from over 1.2 million forest plots across more than 70 countries worldwide, and functions as an international platform for forestry education and research dissemination.
