Data, code, and reproducibility materials for "Persistent spatial organization and period-dependent associations in Beijing's surface thermal–moisture environment"

This record contains the public reproducibility package supporting the study “Persistent spatial organization and period-dependent associations in Beijing’s surface thermal–moisture environment”. The package includes the model-ready analytical dataset, temporal-screening and provenance records, cross-validation folds, model parameters and random-seed records, formal scripts for pooled and period-specific XGBoost–SHAP analyses, GeoDetector analysis, stored model outputs, quality-control and checksum records, and selected figure-source materials.The study comprises seven quality-controlled summer observation periods: 2000, 2004, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2016, and 2019. The primary reproducibility target of this package is the reported statistical analysis beginning from the archived ModelReady dataset. Production scripts preserve the original execution paths used during the formal analysis; users reproducing the analyses should update input and output paths to their local repository location.Upstream geospatial preprocessing scripts are retained for methodological provenance and may require the original third-party source products and local GIS configuration. Original Landsat, GLC_FCS30D, WorldPop, and Copernicus DEM source archives are not redistributed in this record and should be obtained from their respective providers.
