2D stellar kinematics dataset extracted from the JWST/NIRSpec G235H/F170LP data cube (10.17909/cbpe-ft90) for the nucleus of the nearby low-luminosity AGN M81 (NGC 3031). These data correspond to Figure 5 of the manuscript. The table contains the following columns: X (arcsec): Projected x-coordinate of each spatial bin. Y (arcsec): Projected y-coordinate of each spatial bin. V (km s⁻¹): Line-of-sight stellar velocity for each bin. V_err (km s⁻¹): Uncertainty on the line-of-sight stellar velocity. sigma (km s⁻¹): Line-of-sight stellar velocity dispersion. sig_err (km s⁻¹): Uncertainty on the stellar velocity dispersion.
