Repeated measures PERMANOVA results for sediment properties and macrofauna community variables.

PERMANOVA tests were performed on univariate measures of sediment properties, macrofaunal abundance, and taxa richness (Euclidean Distance), and multivariate macrofaunal community structure (Bray Curtis similarity), as a function of time (4, 17, 46 d post-addition) and treatment (C = control, A = Avicennia, E = Ecklonia, Z = Zostera). Significant effects (p p values are not given for main effects, and PERMANOVA post-hoc pair-wise tests show treatment effects on each sampling date, separately.
