2014-2018年华南地区地方猪种群体信息数据集

本数据集针对广东、广西、福建、云南、海南的18个华南地区地方猪种，共计21个群体，607个个体，进行了SNP（single nucleotide polymorphism）芯片分型，还从网络数据库Data Yard下载了4个西方商业品种以及欧洲、亚洲野猪的全基因组SNP数据。数据集包含32个表，共计52058条记录，包含地方猪种多态性信息含量、杂合度及品种特异SNP位点数据等信息，主要通过分析地方猪全基因组SNP数据而成。数据集包含地方猪采样地点及样本量、地方猪全基因组SNP芯片数据、遗传多样性分析、个体间遗传距离、各群体特有位点，共30个信息表格和90个数据文件。

This dataset performed SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) chip genotyping for 607 individuals from 21 populations of 18 indigenous pig breeds in South China, originating from Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Yunnan and Hainan. In addition, whole-genome SNP data of 4 Western commercial pig breeds as well as European and Asian wild boars were downloaded from the online database Data Yard. The dataset contains 32 tables with a total of 52,058 records, including information such as polymorphism information content, heterozygosity and breed-specific SNP loci data of indigenous pig breeds, and was mainly established by analyzing the whole-genome SNP data of local pigs. Furthermore, the dataset includes 30 information tables and 90 data files covering sampling locations and sample sizes of indigenous pigs, whole-genome SNP chip data of indigenous pigs, results of genetic diversity analysis, genetic distances between individuals, and population-specific loci.
