Minimal workflow test data for "End-to-End Tissue Microarray Image Analysis with Galaxy-ME"

This dataset is meant to be a minimally resource-intensive dataset to test the workflow associated with the Galaxy Training Network tutorial: 'End-to-End Tissue Microarray Image Analysis with Galaxy-ME'. The tutorial demonstrates how to use the Galaxy-ME tool suite for primary image processing, data analysis, and interactive visualization of multiple tissue imaging datasets. Original data was published by Schapiro et al. and the full dataset is available for download on the MCMICRO website under Exemplar-001. This minimal dataset is intended primarily for CI and other workflow testing. To learn the material in the tutorial, it is better to use the tutorial dataset (Exemplar-002 from MCMICRO).
