资源简介:
A set of 57,110 putative unique transcripts (PUTs, see doi: 10.1186/1471-2164-13-673) of Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) were chosen as target regions for a sequence capture experiment. We used the DNA of 72 trees from five provenances. One of the provenances, Salmon Arms, represents the interior Douglas-firs, whereas the remaining four provenances, Conrad Creed, Cameron Lake, Santiam River, and Timber, are coastal Douglas-firs. The sequence capture array containing the oligos complementary to the target sequences was designed by Nimblegen. 100bp paired-end sequencing was performed on six lanes of an Illumina HiSeq1000. With the data it is possible to refine the existing reference sequences as well as to perform population genomic analysis.
