The aim of this study was to investigate the effect sampled peripheral blood volume and anatomical site on B cell receptor (BCR) repertoire. Peripheral blood is the most common biological specimen to investigate the BCR repertoire for its accessibility. We figured out their effect on the repertoire diversity, frequency correlations, and the degree of sharing.
