Regular characters correspond to the homology regions used to generate the deletions by recombineering. P1–P7 correspond to the oligos used to generate the proximal breakpoint of the deletions (relative to the Abd-B promoter), while D1–D8 correspond to the oligos used to generate the distal breakpoint.
