A Comparative Meta-Taxonomic Analysis of Gut Microbiota of an Intestinal Breather Lepidocephalichthys guntea with Gill Breather Cirrhinus mrigala

Aim of this project is to differentiate between gut microbial community of intestinal breather fish with a sole gill breather fish Cirrhinus mrigala to open up a diverse, complex and exclusive intestinal bacterial community present in gut of intestinal breather responsible for survival of fish during extreme environmental conditions.
