资源简介:
This study examines transcriptomic changes in reciprocal hybrids of B. napus (rapeseed) (cv.YS) and B. rapa ssp. pekinensis (cv.JK), to unravel the molecular basis of precocious germination observed in JK X YS F1 hybrids. The comparative transcriptome analyses between JK X YS and YS X JK F1 hybrids will be useful in identifying candidate genes and pathways involved in vivipary resistance and susceptibility, which was elusive in rapeseed vivipary genetics. Insights from this research could enhance seed quality and agricultural resilience, addressing challenges posed by climate change and extreme environmental conditions.
