在科技计划项目的研究过程中,为推进能源领域研究内容进行了多次切削加工试验并形成相应试验的数据集。于2022年6月和2022年7月开展中国一重大型轴承座铣削试验,试验现场为中国一重,试验设备为中国一重的160镗床,在铣削试验中,刀具类型为盘铣刀,切削条件为干切,主轴转速为195r/min,进给速度为600mm/min,切削深度为1mm,工件材料为A508-Ⅲ钢,工件尺寸为300mm×300mm×2000mm,切削宽度为153mm。在切削过程中,试验通过在主轴上安装3向振动传感器和主轴驱动器输出端功率传感器采集刀具全寿命周期信号,每走刀一次,机床停机,通过预先安装的工业相机测量刀具磨损,拍照并标记。
该数据集包含1把刀具切削过程中产生的振动和功率信号,工业相机下拍摄的刀具磨损图片以及试验过程拍摄的相关图片。
During the research of the scientific and technological plan project, multiple cutting experiments were conducted to advance the research in the energy field, and the corresponding experimental dataset was established. The milling experiment of the large bearing housing of China First Heavy Industries was conducted in June and July 2022. The test site was located at China First Heavy Industries, and the experimental equipment was the 160 boring mill manufactured by China First Heavy Industries. In this milling experiment, the cutting tool was a face milling cutter, the cutting condition was dry cutting, the spindle speed was 195 r/min, the feed rate was 600 mm/min, the depth of cut was 1 mm, the workpiece material was A508-Ⅲ steel, the workpiece dimensions were 300 mm × 300 mm × 2000 mm, and the cutting width was 153 mm. During the cutting process, a 3-axis vibration sensor mounted on the spindle and a power sensor at the output end of the spindle drive were utilized to collect the full-life-cycle signals of the cutting tool. After each tool pass, the machine tool was shut down, and tool wear was measured using a pre-installed industrial camera, with photos taken and annotated.
This dataset encompasses the vibration and power signals generated during the cutting process of a single cutting tool, tool wear photos captured by the industrial camera, as well as relevant photos taken during the entire experimental procedure.
