THE ROLE OF JADID PEDAGOGY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LIFELONG EDUCATION SYSTEM

This article analyzes the Jadid pedagogy that emerged in Turkestan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and its socio-pedagogical significance in improving the modern lifelong education system. The views of Jadid enlighteners (Usul-i Jadid schools, new textbooks, scientific and practical methods) aimed at reforming the content and forms of education are comparatively examined in relation to current educational reforms and regulatory and legal documents. The article provides scientific and practical recommendations for applying the ideas of Jadid pedagogy concerning the comprehensive development of the individual, the formation of critical thinking, and the harmonization of national and universal human values in the modern pedagogical process.
