ADH Dataset

This dataset investigates risk factors for upstaging from atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH) to ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). Data was gathered using pathology databases and electronic medical records. Data is recorded in the excel document with all descriptions at the top of the columns. Our data shows that patients with a concurrent diagnosis of papilloma had a higher risk of upstaging on both univariate and multivariate analysis. This data can be used to identify risk factors for upstaging from ADH to DCIS.
