NIR individual complete dataset

Complete dataset with individuals per row for four different body patches. Information on NIR reflectivity, Visible reflectivity, environmental variables and body size. NOTE: Residuals presented for the relationship between visible and NIR reflectivity at the individual level, however, analyses in paper were done at the species level so that column was recalculated in each analysis using a different tree.
