List of State aid of minor importance from the Social Welfare Services. In line with Commission Regulation (EC) No 360/2012 of 25/4/2012 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, the Social Welfare Services may provide de minimis State aid for the establishment, operation or extension of programmes of non-problematic entities operating in the areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus and providing services of general economic interest (SGEIs) in matters of social care, which are considered necessary in accordance with the socio-economic situation of the site.
