Complete mitochondrial genome of Onychodactylus koreanus (Caudata: Hynobiidae)

The mitochondrial genome of Onychodactylus koreanus was sequenced and assembled to improve our understanding of its genetic structure and evolutionary relationships within the Hynobiidae family. This study provides a complete mitogenome sequence obtained using Illumina sequencing technology with high coverage, enabling accurate phylogenetic analysis and molecular identification of the species. The data generated from this study contribute to the conservation genetics of Onychodactylus koreanus and provide valuable genetic resources for amphibian biodiversity research.
