Tg(panTro4_chr10:127449059-127449849::LacZ) chimp neural crest enhancer with activity in the frontonasal process, periocular mesenchyme, distal maxillary and mandibular 1st branchial arch, anterior forelimb and hindlimb buds, and dorsal root ganglia. This enhancer lacks the expression in the rostral frontonasal process and 2nd branchial arch that is observed with the equivalent human enhancer, demonstrating human biased activity when comparing these two species.
