通过采集、分析国内水轮机产品的知识产权相关数据，对数据按专利权利人进行归集，统计企业及个人在水轮机产品中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况和水轮机产品现有专利分布数据，了解国内水轮机产品企业及个人的专利大致情况，计算得到针对不同类型知识产权的数量及占比，以帮助国内水轮机产品研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1、数据采集：通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息，由第三方知识产权检索网站检索，对国内水轮机产品相关的授权和审核中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2、数据处理：对采集到的原始数据进行处理，通过去除重复和有缺失的数据，对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算：对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集，统计该专利权利人和国内水轮机产品整体的专利总数，及各类型专利的数量，发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比，实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比，外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4、数据应用：根据企业各类专利的比例范围与水轮机产品整体中各类专利占比情况相比较，了解企业专利布局情况，并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向，为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导，合理布局专利。
This dataset is compiled by collecting and analyzing intellectual property (IP)-related data of domestic hydraulic turbine products. The data is aggregated by patent assignees, to count the total number of patents, patent layout status of enterprises and individuals involved in hydraulic turbine products, as well as the current patent distribution data of hydraulic turbine products, so as to gain insights into the general patent situation of domestic enterprises and individuals engaged in the R&D and production of hydraulic turbine products. The quantity and proportion of different types of intellectual property are calculated, to help enterprises in the hydraulic turbine product R&D and manufacturing sector formulate IP strategies and obtain patent filing guidance. 1. Data Collection: Retrieve information via third-party IP search platforms based on factors such as region, IPC classification numbers of patents, patent names and keywords, and collect data on granted and pending invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents related to domestic hydraulic turbine products. 2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data by removing duplicate and incomplete records, and perform data cleaning and classification. 3. Data Calculation: Aggregate the collected data by patent assignees, count the total number of patents owned by each assignee and the overall total patents of domestic hydraulic turbine products, as well as the quantity of each patent type. Calculate the proportions as follows: - Invention Patent Proportion = Number of Invention Patents / Total Patents - Utility Model Patent Proportion = Number of Utility Model Patents / Total Patents - Design Patent Proportion = Number of Design Patents / Total Patents 4. Data Application: Compare the proportion range of each patent type held by an enterprise with the overall proportion of each patent type in the domestic hydraulic turbine products industry, to understand the enterprise's patent layout. Provide guidance on subsequent patent filing types for the enterprise, and offer support for formulating IP strategies and patent filing guidance for enterprises of different scales to achieve reasonable patent layout.
