There are provided a moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent excellent in balance among initial adhesion strength， post-curing adhesion strength and heat resistance， and a layered product formed by bonding with the moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent. A moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent comprising an urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the end (A)， a styrene based block copolymer (B)， and an urethane modified rosin(C)， wherein the urethane modified rosin (C) is a reaction product of a rosin derivative having hydroxyl group and an isocyanate compound. There are provided a moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent excellent in balance among initial adhesion strength， post-curing adhesion strength and heat resistance， and a layered product formed by bonding with the moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent.
