Intestinal microbiota mediated toxicity mechanism of PS-MPs and PCB126 single and combined exposure to Eisenia fetida

To sum up, our study revealed the molecular mechanism of intestinal toxicity of PS-MPs and PCB126 combined exposure to E. fetida, providing an important reference for the ecological risk assessment and subsequent bioremediation treatment of co-exposure of MPs and POPs in the soil environment.
