This datasets provide datasets for precipitation, temperature, runoff, soil moisture, potential evapotranspiration, terrestrial water storage, and DSI in the Tianshan Mountain region form 1960 to 2024. The R code of the machine learning method is also uploaded. These datasets are used for the ananlysis in paper "Divergent trends and drivers of TWS-derived drought across two basin types in Tianshan Mountain, Central Asia".
