Reasons why training industry budget increased U.S. 2024

In 2024, corporations and educational institutions based in the United States were asked to report on the reasons behind the increase in the training budget that year. According to the survey conducted, the largest share of respondents stated that their training budget increased as a result of increased scope of training. This was followed by over half of respondents claiming that added training staff was the reason for the training budget increase. The third place ranking of just under half of respondents claimed that an increased number of learners served was why the training budget was increased.
