Effects of different densities of <i>Caulerpa taxifolia</i> on symbiotic microbial communities of <i>Turbinaria peltata</i>

This study aimed to investigate the effects of different densities ofthe macroalga Caulerpa taxifolia on the physiology and associated microbiome of the coral Turbinaria peltata, and the effects of two interaction modes (direct and indirect contact) were also compared here.Coral nucleic acids were extracted using the TGuide S96 Magnetic Bead Method Genomic DNA Extraction Kit(DP812, Tiangen Biochemical Technology, Beijing, China).
