The HemOnc knowledgebase (KB) describes data and metadata related to systemic anticancer drugs and regimens. The core HemOnc tables follow the OMOP Common Data Model format and specifications. Additional ancillary tables provide more complex data structures which are not easily represented in OMOP.
The first version of this KB was introduced in May 2019. Since then, additions have been made frequently; the version date of each OMOP table is contained within the file name. Ancillary tables are unversioned at the file name level; all rows across all tables have administrative metadata recording the date of addition.
