Bacteria associating with a culture of Cladocopium sp. (SCF049.01) were monitored by 16S rRNA gene metabarcoding at regular intervals (i) during 24 hrs, and (ii) across four weeks (length of a growth phase). The goal was to assess differences in bacterial communities across a day and across different growth stages.
