Intrinsic Motivation, Leader-Member Exchange, and Task Performance of Prison Officer: The Province of West Java Correctional Facilities Dataset

This dataset is the result of a survey of officers in 26 prisons in the province of West Java, Indonesia. There are three variables in this dataset, namely task performance, intrinsic motivation, and leader-member exchange. The survey was conducted online via Google Form. A total of 215 officers filled out the survey. The collected data is then processed using SPSS Version 25 and SmartPLS Version 3.3.3. This dataset is expected to be able to provide an understanding of task performance, intrinsic motivation, and leader-member exchange in the context of prisons.
