Complete genome sequences of six probiotic bacterial strains

This BioProject contains the complete genome sequences of six probiotic bacterial strains representing lactic acid bacteria, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Bifidobacterium. The strains originate from different sources and were sequenced to generate high-quality complete genome assemblies. The aim of this project is to provide genomic resources for the characterization of probiotic bacteria of potential scientific and applied relevance. These genome sequences will support comparative genomic analyses, strain-level characterization, and future studies on genetic features associated with probiotic properties, safety, and functional potential.
