Supporting dataset 2 for ''Exploring the process-microstructure-thermal properties relationship of resin-reinforced Ag sintering material for high-power applications via 3D FIB-SEM nanotomography''

This dataset contains an image stack of resin-reinforced Ag sintering material (Model B), which was obtained using focused ion beam serial sectioning and high-resolution SEM imaging. Import image processing software such as AVIZO and Dream3D, and then further quantitatively analyze the porosity, connectivity, and tortuosity of the sintered microstructure.

本数据集包含树脂增强银（Ag）烧结材料（B型）的图像序列栈，该图像序列栈通过聚焦离子束（Focused Ion Beam, FIB）连续切片技术与高分辨率扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）成像获取。可将该图像序列栈导入AVIZO、Dream3D等图像处理软件中，随后对该烧结微观结构的孔隙率、连通性及曲折度开展定量分析。
