Raw data for OMIP submission

These ZIP files contain FCS files acquired on a Cytek Aurora 5L spectral cytometer, both raw and unmixed, and workspace files for SpectroFlo that were used to create the figures showing flow cytometry presented in the manuscript submitted to cytometry part A. Panel 1_RC vs MC: contains all reference contol (RC) samples used for unmixing the RC and multicolor (MC) samples of panel 1 to evaluate the resolution of the markers as presented in Online figure 6 of the related manuscript. Panel 2_RC vs MC: contains all reference contol (RC) samples used for unmixing the RC and multicolor (MC) samples of panel 2 to evaluate the resolution of the markers as presented in Online figure 6 of the related manuscript. Panel 1_for OMIP: contains for panel 1 all RC presented in online table 6, and healthy donor and patient samples used to demonstrate the panel performance and gating strategy as presented in figure 1, and online figures 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. Panel 2_for OMIP: contains for panel 2 all RC presented in online table 6, and healthy donor and patient samples used to demonstrate the panel performance and gating strategy as presented in figure 1, and online figures 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13.
