资源简介:
The goal of this study is to determine if there is a difference in microbiota richness and diversity between healing and non-healing human chronic wound samples using 16S rRNA profiling. Wound surface swabs by Q-tip were collected from chronic wound sites through the Wound Healing and Etiology (WE-HEAL) Study. Wounds were clinically classified as healing or recalcitrant based on healing rates derived from the reduction of wound surface area per week.
