Cerebrospinal Fluid Viral Escape and Minority Resistance in HIV-Infected Patients with Low-Level Viremia

This dataset supports the study investigating the prevalence of CSF escape and occult resistance Variants in symptomatic HIV-infected patients with low-level viremia LLV. It contains raw clinical characteristics, drug resistance mutation (DRM) profiles identified by Sanger sequencing and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). and gene sequences of the HIV-1 pol and integraseregions. The study identifies LLV as a high-risk indicator for CSF viral escape and localized drug resistance.
