Hydrographic Observations as KER

For the clarification of the change of subtropical circulatory system in the Northwest Pacific Ocean, we intend to carry out each layer observation, surface layer observation and surface layer ocean current observation in wide sea area from the east of Formosa to the east of the Philippines and to make geographic distribution of ocean current clear.
