Supplementary data and code for the article "A PostgreSQL/PostGIS-Based Biodiversity Database for U Minh Ha National Park, Vietnam: Schema Design, Data Standardization, and Quality Assessment" This archive contains the six-dimension SQL quality-assessment queries (Q1 structural integrity, Q2 taxonomic quality, Q3 spatial quality, Q4 completeness, Q5 content reliability, Q6 conservation status and Darwin Core interoperability), the GBIF Backbone Taxonomy name-matching notebook, the species-accumulation curve script, a schema-only DDL to rebuild the empty database structure, a field-by-field Darwin Core crosswalk for all 127 fields across 23 relational tables, and the results of a seeded-error functional test.
