This project aims to investigate the most significant risk factors for radiation induced lymphopenia, as a surrogate parameter for evaluating immune suppression after radiotherapy, in breast cancer using AI modeling. The change of lymphocyte subsets and biomarkers in systemic tumor immune environment of breast cancer patients before and after radiation treatment were also tested.
