Organic barn dust inhibits surfactant protein D production and GPR116

Data sets for paper "Organic barn dust inhibits surfactant protein D production through protein kinase-c alpha dependent increase of GPR116" submitted to PLOS One. Data included covers response of mice to organic dust in relation to surfactant D production. A549 human cell line responses to organic dust with or without inhibition of protein kinase C-alpha are also shown in relation to surfactant D and GPR116 mRNA expression.
