## Version description
Codes grouping analyses of 2 preliminary projects made to determine<br/>
gaze modulation effects on fMRI data together with a PRF protocol.<br/>
## Acquisition sequences
#### Structural:
Phillips Achieva 3T, 32 channel receive-coil array with single channel tranmit coil.<br/>
1.0 mm isotropic T1w (4 scans) + 1.0 mm isotropic T2w.<br/>
#### Fonctional:
Philips Achieva 7T scanner with a 32-channel receive-coil array with 8-channel transmit coil (Nova Medical, Wilmington, MA).<br/>
3D-EPI sequence at a resolution of 1.8 mm isotropic with a 1.3s volume acquisition time, 44ms TR, 17ms TE. <br/>
98 x 112 x 112 voxels covering the entire brain, SENSE acceleration was applied in both the AP (2.61-fold) and RL (3.27-fold).
Susceptibility-induced distortions corection donw with topup.
## Experiment 1: __"pRFexp7T"__
pRf protocol with either attention on the stimulus (bar) or fixation texture.<br/>
Participant fixate at the screen center.<br/>
#### Tasks:
1. AttendFixGazeCenterFS: fixate screen center and report orientation of a pink noise patern shown at screen center.<br/>
2. AttendStimGazeCenterFS: fixate screen center and report orientation of a pink noise pattern shown in the scanning bar. <br/>

1. Calib: Calibration with 9 extreme eye directions, fixating 13 sec each<br/>
order: center, up, down, left, right, left-up, right-up, left-down, right-down<br/>
2. GazeCW: 4 cardianal eye directions, 1 min 28.4 sec <br/>
order: center -> right -> up -> left -> down<br/>
3. GazeCCW: 4 cardianal eye directions, 1 min 28.4 sec <br/>
order : down -> left -> up -> right -> center<br/>

3. GazeColumns: 97 eye directions (5 by 5 grid in columns zigzag), 2TR each <br/>
