Maintenance Holes, Non-Access Points, and Clean Outs comprise the majority of the City's wastewater nodal network. The dataset is a product of the City of Springfield asset tracking system. Via inspection, the City of Springfield tracks condition, location, material type and other qualities of the wastewater sewer system nodal infrastructure.
