The clinical high risk for psychosis (CHR-P) population has significant heterogeneity in the development of symptoms and functions. Clarifying the changes in symptoms and functions of this population and their underlying connections is beneficial for early prevention of mental illness. This study conducted a meta-analysis on 53 studies (97 effect sizes) included, comprehensively integrating longitudinal changes in various clinical symptoms and functions of the CHR-P population, and exploring the predictive role of baseline symptoms on follow-up function. This data file contains a list of literature included in meta-analysis, original data encoding, R script files for meta-analysis, as well as input and output files.
