资源简介:
PSI/Central Asia is implementing a 5-year USAID-funded project (Health Outreach Program) targeting populations most-at-risk for contracting HIV and TB (injecting drug users, female sex workers, migrants, prisoners, and people living with HIV/AIDS) in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. The purpose of the program is to reduce risk behaviors associated with HIV transmission and to increase the utilization of HIV and TB testing and treatment services among most at-risk populations (MARPs). The purpose of this study is to provide a baseline assessment of the relevant health behaviors and behavioral determinants, as well as the exposure to existing HIV and TB prevention programs among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
