With the rapid development of nanotechnology in agriculture, nanomaterials (NMs) are increasingly widely used in grape cultivation, and their environmental biological effects urgently need systematic evaluation. As the first line of defense for plant health, the phyllosphere microbiome's community structure stability directly affects grape disease resistance and fruit quality. However, the mechanisms by which nanoparticle exposure affects the grape phyllosphere microbiome under different cultivation models remain unclear, especially lacking molecular evidence at the high-throughput sequencing level. This study used calcium superphosphate nanoparticles as a typical material and, through field simulation experiments combined with 16S rRNA and ITS dual-region sequencing, systematically analyzed the effects of NMs on the structure, symbiotic network, and functional potential of the grape phyllosphere microbiome. The raw sequencing data was submitted to the NCBI SRA database, providing a shareable data resource for subsequent ecological risk assessment.
